The service that we supply to both our clients and workers includes:
- A robust recruitment process which includes a HSQE Induction.
- Staff are weekly paid on a Friday. Payment will be on a PAYE basis with 24 days paid holiday per year. Detailed weekly payslips are provided.
- Right to work in the UK will be checked prior to starting work.
- Staff will be trained, competent & qualified to carry out the work that they are supplied for
- Staff will be supplied with VGC Personal Protective Equipment
- Staff will be part of our ongoing Competency Management System.
- Staff will be subject to the VGC Drugs & Alcohol Policy and be screened periodically where required by the industry or the contract.
- Have ongoing Health & Safety education through a series of briefings and training.
- Reference Checks.
- CRB Checks where required.
